HCR Club Ethos

Post by HCR Motorhead on Sun Jan 18, 2015 1:44 pm

In light of recent events, we have felt it imperative to outline our club ethos. This applies to all HCR drivers on racing on all entities and platforms; equally applies for other respective drivers on here partaking in HCR administrated events.

"(i) Do unto others as they done to you"

Simply put, it's something we should all live by. And it's not limited to just "real life" either. All relevant people should race and socialise in a civil manner. Unwarranted (and even warranted) inflammatory actions are largely unwelcome. Should there be an altercation or disagreement, either respectfully agree to disagree or simply don't fuel any negativity. If you act disapprovingly, one can not be offended when such actions are reciprocated.

"(ii) Race hard but FAIR"

Racing brings us all here. It should be a source of plentiful enjoyment. However there are many documented cases of unpleasant driving and language. This is unacceptable for any bearer of the HCR tag; equally friends and other racers on this forum. Please give the utmost respect on track and over communications. Any breaches are subject to respective admin boards and jurisdictions. If anything falls into HCR's jurisdiction then the Leadership will use their discretion to reach an outcome. In the event of appeals of any HCR related decision, HCR Motorhead will be the primary arbiter unless the Leadership agree another needs to be appointed.

We don't want to do anything we don't want to though, so don't worry, be happy, don't worry. Smile

A Happy Cat is for life, not just for Le Mans.
